John A. Alvarez & Sons has been owned and operated by the Alvarez Family for over 50 years. Founded in 1960 by John and Margaret Alvarez, the company is presently in our third generation. Our goal then as it is now, is to provide the best quality manufactured homes, to surpass our home owner’s expectation when purchasing a home, provide a high level of service to our customers, and to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our employees.
